I provide a mobile catering stand serving home made hot food at events such as shows, fairs, markets, wedding evening receptions, parties, etc.

 

I also provide a very competitive hot and/or cold buffet option for church events, funeral wakes, corporate meetings, christenings, sporting occasions, etc.

 

The philosophy I apply to my cooking is to take simple traditional recipes and add my own twist, to create delicious, memorable dishes.
